In the same way that the suffragist hosted her birthday celebrations during her lifetime\, this will be an opportunity to encourage one another in the pursuit of equality and give in support of the mission. \nWe are delighted to announce Candacy Taylor as our keynote speaker for the 2024 Susan B. Anthony Birthday Celebration. An award-winning author\, photographer\, and cultural documentarian\, Taylor is best known for her recent book\, Overground Railroad\, which documents the history of the Green Book and its role in the lives of 20th century people of color in the United States.
