Rochester celebrates Susan B. Anthony’s 200th Birthday and we are planning a party that everyone is invited to attend!
The center of celebrations marking Susan B. Anthony’s 200th Birthday will be Rochester, NY, which was her home during her 40 most politically active years. Although Susan B. Anthony’s actual birthday is on February 15, the Anthony Museum’s birthday celebration dinner was held on February 12, at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center. From May through November 2020, a significant art installation re-imagining Susan B. Anthony for the next century will be on display in the heart of Rochester’s cultural district.
