Dr. Wanda Cooper earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California and a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the same institution. She currently serves as the Director of the Institute for Civic and Community Engagement at St. John Fisher University, where she oversees community-partnered initiatives, institutional engagement strategy, and executive administration.

With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Cooper is a recognized expert in organizational change, leadership equity, and systemic wellness. She is the founder and CEO of The Wellness Commitment, a consulting firm specializing in helping organizations mitigate workplace burnout, improve alignment, and enhance performance across multiple dimensions of well-being. Deeply rooted in the Greater Rochester community, she actively contributes her expertise to civic growth and serves as a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Psi Omega Zeta Chapter.
