Collene received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. She currently serves as the Vice President of Global Talent for ITX Corp and has previously served as the President of Usefully, Inc. Her distinguished work has been recognized as a 2023 Rochester Business Journal Forty Under 40 Honoree and Tech Rochester Woman of the Year Finalist, and she actively participates in the Greater Rochester Area community on leaderships teams such as the Women’s Foundation of Genesee Valley Board of Trustees, the Irondequoit Public Library Board, Rochester Area Fencing Foundation, Explore Racism Group Cohort, YWCA, and the Strong Museum of Play.
