As the visionary founder and CEO of the Kathleen Pringle Group, Inc., launched in 2003, Kathleen has guided executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, and ambitious professionals globally to elevate their leadership performance and effectively manage their career trajectories and legacies. Prior to this she spent nearly 20 years in executive search and professional recruitment with an expertise in finance and HR practice areas.
Whether supporting clients to connect personal achievement with business value or in her board service, Kathleen brings credibility, strategic thinking, active listening, and personal warmth and intention to each interaction.
Kathleen is an honors graduate of Denison University and celebrated leader for her many years of positive impact nationally on mental health, women, and children’s wellbeing. Recognition of her efforts includes the RBJ Circle of Excellence and Women of Excellence, ATHENA Award Finalist, Rotary Service Award, Paul Harris Fellow, and Forty Under 40. Kathleen’s most recent community leadership role was as President of Rochester Rotary, the largest club in New York State.
