Monday Lecture Series – Frankie Merson: A Force for Change

The National Susan B. Anthony Museum & House proudly presents the 17th season of its popular Monday Lecture Series. October’s featured speaker is Dr. Stephanie E. Craig, Professor of Social Work, Keuka College, who will present “Frankie Merson: A Force for Change.”

This presentation is offered in the Anthony Museum Carriage House as a lecture and catered lunch at noon ($35) and as a lecture and informal tea at 2 pm (SOLD OUT).  Click here for registration.

Monday Lecture Series – Race & Resistance in the Rochester Schools

The National Susan B. Anthony Museum & House proudly presents the 17th season of its popular Monday Lecture Series. September’s featured speaker is Justin Murphy of the Democrat & Chronicle, who will present “Race & Resistance in the Rochester Schools.”

This presentation is offered in the Anthony Museum Carriage House as a lecture and catered lunch at noon ($35) and as a lecture and informal tea at 2 pm (SOLD OUT). For a limited time, series pricing is also available (Luncheon Series only). Click here for registration.

Susan B. Anthony Bike Tour

Pedal around the city of Rochester and at each of the stops along the tour, you will learn about Susan B. Anthony’s influences, friendships, activism, and how she persuaded men to give women their rights. $25. Limit of 15 riders per tour, with first come, first served.

• This tour may be cancelled for inclement weather.
• Payment to be made the day of the tour.
• No reservations necessary.
• Tour begins promptly at 10am. Please meet at 19 Madison Street at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour.
• Participants need to bring their own bicycles.
• Participants must be over 18 years of age and will need to sign a waiver.

Here at the National Susan B. Anthony Museum & House we’re always looking for enthusiastic volunteers. We’d like to invite you to a Meet &Greet session, designed to orient you to the Museum, introduce you to staff, and answer questions you may have about volunteer duties here at the Anthony Museum.

Location: National Susan B. Anthony Museum & House Visitor Center, 19 Madison St, Rochester NY 14608

(There is a small parking lot immediately next to the building and there should be ample space on the street.)
